Canada Bill of Sale
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Canada Bill of Sale and the documents it helps you prepare.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. The Service
Canada Bill of Sale provides a digital tool that helps users prepare a practical bill of sale for a private transaction. The Service asks for item-specific details, assembles a document, and makes the final document available after a one-time purchase.
2. Not legal advice or a government service
The Service provides general document-preparation tools only. It is not legal advice, a law firm, a notary, a registry agent, or a government service. We do not promise that a document will meet every legal requirement for your transaction or jurisdiction. Consider getting qualified legal advice for unusual, high-value, disputed, or regulated transactions.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every field before payment, download, printing, and signing. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to sell or transfer the item, and that your transaction is lawful. Do not use the Service to misrepresent ownership, create a fraudulent record, or enter information you are not authorized to use.
4. Purchase and access
The Service currently offers a one-time purchase displayed at checkout (currently $19.99 CAD, plus any applicable taxes). Payment is handled by Whop and is subject to its checkout terms. A successful payment unlocks your completed document for viewing, download, and printing. Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms displayed at checkout.
5. Your document
After purchase, you may use the document generated from your entered information for your own lawful private sale. You are responsible for arranging signatures, retaining copies, and completing any separate registration, insurance, tax, safety, lien, or reporting requirement that may apply to the item or location.
6. Availability and third-party services
We may update, maintain, or discontinue parts of the Service. Some features depend on third-party services, including payment, generation, anti-abuse, analytics, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Bill of Sale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service or a document prepared through it. This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
